limestone blocks. The sphinx stretches
for 73 meters, 20 meters high, and 19 meters wide. Today it sits as one of the
oldest remaining structures designed by the ancient Egyptians.

start from Abu Simbel Downriver till Philae. During the 13th century under King
Ramesses II, the twin temple was carved out of a mountain. It was constructed
to commemorate his victory in the battle of Kadesh.
