Six Things You Can Enjoy Doing in San Diego with Your Friends

1.         Go explore the Museum at Balboa Park a place where you can take multiple days to explore the dozens of museums located on the property. Make sure to spend half a day there and check out some of the museums like the Museum of the man, the San Diego Air and Space Museum, the Natural History Museum, and the train museum.

2.         San Diego Zoo-Located in Balboa Park it’s a massive zoo with tons of different animals you can see ranging from polar bears, elephants to meerkats and flamingos. If you have young kids this is of course a great pla

ce to hang out with them.

3.         USS Midway and Unconditional Surrender- Located right in the waters of San Diego USS Midway has been a popular tourist attraction for decades, this large aircraft carrier takes hours to fully explore and there are lots of cool stuff to see as well as great views of Downtown San Diego when you get to the top right next to it.

4.         The Maritime Museum is a collection of old ships that you can walk onto and explore. This museum has six or eight ships of the Star of India, an old pirate-looking ship being one of the most popular.

5.         Belmont Park is located right in the Mission Beach area it has a fun amusement area for families and it was built in the early 1900s. The roller coaster itself was built in the 1920s, you can grab something to eat or enjoy the carnival games here.

6.         Cabrillo National Monument is located out on the peninsula which looks back on Downtown San Diego. This area houses a historic lighthouse which you can walk into when it's opened.
